College of Nursing sees 10-point improvement on Working at Iowa results

The UI College of Nursing’s response to their 2012 Working at Iowa survey results has paid off: The college saw a 10-point increase in agreement with the statement “Individuals in my unit are civil and respectful to each other,” from 78 percent in 2012 to 88 percent in 2016.
