The 2011-12 athletics year provided several fond memories for UI Director of Athletics Gary Barta: success in competition and in the classroom, continued upgrades to facilities, and one heck of a card stunt at Kinnick. Barta took some time to reflect on the recent past and discuss what's being done to keep Iowa competitive in all aspects of athletics.
