Parents and guardians of current or former pediatric patients of University of Iowa Children’s Hospital are invited to nominate their child as a Kid Captain for the Hawkeyes’ 2014 football season. Nominations will be accepted through April 9.
Annual Doc Dash and Fun Run set for April 5

The Doc Dash is a 5K fun-run/walk set for 9 a.m. Saturday, April 5. The event benefits the Iowa City Free Medical Clinic and the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine Mobile Clinic and is open to all members of the community.

This year’s theme—Splatter to Sparkle—Join the Journey!— is inspired by the recent restoration and conservation of Jackson Pollock’s "Mural."

The University of Iowa released today its Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify potential partners capable of developing appropriate and available land for a new Museum of Art, to be located directly adjacent to the core of the UI's academic campus and within walking distance for students.
