Nasenbenny joins elite company at NCAA forum

Katie Nasenbenny, a senior on the University of Iowa women’s soccer team, was one of 200 NCAA student-athletes across all divisions to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum this past summer. The event was held at the NCAA Headquarters in Indianapolis and is considered one of the most prominent, invitation-only events that a current NCAA student-athlete can attend.

Regents approve new UI master of science degree in health policy

The Master of Science in Health Policy degree program, formally approved Thursday, Oct. 23, by the Iowa Board of Regents, will equip students with advanced training in health policy analysis. The new degree will be offered by the Department of Health Management and Policy in the UI College of Public Health beginning in spring 2015.
