All works choreographed by graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Iowa Department of Dance will come to life in the Graduate/Undergraduate Concert at 8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 11-13, in Space Place Theater (101 North Hall, UI Campus).
The performance will include:
- Capes and Comet Songs, choreographed by Chris Yon
- Becoming Oriented, choreographed by Irina Gass
- Pluck, choreographed by Anna Krupp and Katie Skinner
- A Vicious Circle, choreographed by Crystal Gurrola
- Screen, choreographed by Emily Climer
- Falling Objects, choreographed by Tori Lawrence in collaboration with the dancers
- Movement Is You; Movement Is Me, choreographed by Devanshi Mishra and Nicole Zozulia
- 100 Bitten Tongues, choreographed by Anna Krupp
- Right Between the Eyes, choreographed by Tyler Clark
- Mothers of War, choreographed by Maurice Watson
Tickets are $12 ($6 for seniors, college students, and youth 17 and younger; free for UI students with valid ID) and are available through the Hancher Box Office.
