As the UI moves forward with the Iowa Board of Regents’ TIER project, campus leaders are committed to keeping colleagues informed. Here's one example of how TIER is already at work on campus.

The UI Lecture Committee will bring the Yes Men, Nina Totenberg, Ray McGovern and Coleen Rowley, and Terry Gilliam to campus this semester.

The University of Iowa transportation service Cambus has a new route to serve students living on the west side of campus. The West Dorm Shuttle will transport students from the new Petersen Residence Hall and neighboring dormitories to the east side of campus. The service begins Aug. 24.

Iowa Edge is offered to students who come from underrepresented backgrounds and first-generation college students. The idea behind the program is to ease student concerns and ensure that participants successfully transition into college life at the UI.
