First UI presidential search committee meeting announced

The first meeting of the University of Iowa Presidential Search and Screen Committee has been set for Wednesday, March 25. The 21-member committee will meet from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Kelch Conference Room, 1289 of the Carver Biomedical Research Building (CBRB) on the UI campus.
UI hosts 2015 NCAA Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships

The NCAA and the University of Iowa are hosting the 2015 NCAA Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships at the UI Campus Recreation and Wellness Center (CRWC) March 23 through 28. The CRWC will be closed starting Monday, March 23, at 8 a.m. and will re-open Sunday, March 29 at 7 a.m.

The event shows undergraduate and graduate students the numerous career opportunities being created by personalized genomic medicine in bioinformatics and the management of big data.
