Closure on West Park Road

Starting June 15, road construction will cause a full closure on West Park Road between Holt Avenue and North Riverside Drive until the end of the day on Jun. 19, weather permitting.

Sidewalk closures along Capitol, Madison, and Washington streets to begin June 3

Certain sidewalk sections will close June 3 for campus construction projects. Facilities Management has provided a map of the closures and has suggested alternate routes for pedestrians.

Tuition increase proposed for fall 2016

After receiving only $1.3 million of the requested $4.5 million from the state, the University of Iowa is requesting a $300 tuition increase for resident undergraduates and a $400 increase for non-resident undergraduates.
