Mayflower will be used as residence hall again in 2024-25

The University of Iowa will continue to use Mayflower Residence Hall during the 2024-25 academic year, as more than 1,500 returning students in their second, third, and fourth years have applied to live on campus. The university also is seeing a record level of applications from prospective students for fall 2024.

The University of Iowa 24/7 Support and Crisis Line is now available to faculty, staff, and postdocs as part of the university’s ongoing effort to prioritize the mental health and well-being of employees. The 24-hour crisis line has been available to students since fall 2021.
