Deloitte issues Phase 1 TIER findings

The Iowa Board of Regents has released Phase 1 findings from the TIER transformation and efficiency review being conducted by Deloitte Consulting. A June 18 town hall forum will provide opportunities for feedback and introduce Phase 2 of the project.
