Archival transcription project invites public to explore history of science fiction

Slate explores UI Libraries' Hevelin Collection, an expansive collection of science fiction, fantasy, and horror fanzines dating back to the 1930s that offers a window into the growth and evolution of the genre. A portion of the collection was recently made public on UI's DIY History website.
