The search committee for the next dean of the University of Iowa College of Law is pleased to announce that three candidates will participate in campus visits in early December. Each candidate will participate in an open forum and meet with faculty, staff, students, shared governance, and campus leadership.
The times and dates of the open forums will be:

The name of each candidate will be announced on Iowa Now the day before their visit. At that time, the candidates curriculum vitae will be made available on the College of Law dean search website.
The next dean will succeed Kevin Washburn, who is stepping down from the deanship at the end of the year. Todd Pettys, the H. Blair and Joan V. White Chair in Civil Litigation, has been named interim dean and will serve until the next dean is in place.
