University of Iowa spin-out company SwineTech recently won the undergraduate gold medal at the National Inventors Hall of Fame Collegiate Inventors Competition in Alexandria, Virginia.

University of Iowa Health Care Marketing and Communications has been recognized for its program aimed at boosting girls’ interests in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education and careers.

Kenneth G. Brown, associate dean of the undergraduate program and the Ralph L. Sheets Professor of Management in the Tippie College of Business, recently was named a fellow in the American Psychological Association.

Tippie undergraduate students Matt Hubbell and Molly Monroe took fifth place in this year’s Eller Ethics Case Competition, an annual event that challenges students to analyze a timely ethical case with real-world business relevance.
