Black to read from 'Bad Boys, Bad Men'

Donald Black, director of the Psychiatry Residency Training Program in the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, will read from "Bad Boys, Bad Men" at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 18, in a free reading at Prairie Lights Books in downtown Iowa City. The reading also will be streamed live on the University of Iowa Writing University website.

A majority of Iowans enrolled by the state health insurance program IowaCare say they have significant or chronic health issues, according to a survey done by the University of Iowa's Public Policy Center. The findings come as the IowaCare program expires at the end of this year, replaced by the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan, which will provide broader insurance coverage.
