UI seeks state funding for critical Pentacrest renovations

The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, will consider at its September meeting the university’s $88.7 million legislative request to help modernize three of the five buildings—Macbride Hall, MacLean Hall, and Jessup Hall—that make up the iconic Pentacrest.

Regents to request $7M increase in state funding for UI

The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, is expected to vote at its meeting in September on its Fiscal Year 2021 funding request from the Iowa Legislature. The Board is seeking a $7 million increase for the University of Iowa, or about 3% more than FY20.
