The University of Iowa today announced that Jean E. Robillard, vice president for medical affairs and dean of the Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, plans to step down from his leadership role overseeing UI Health Care.

The grant, called a Special Interests Project (SIP), is awarded by the Prevention Research Centers program office at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The three-year, $202,820 grant will help to create a database that includes information on policy actions by all 50 state legislatures, administrative branches, and courts to track the spread of policies adopted throughout the United States.
