Sioux City opens new Pearl Street Park with help from UI students

The idea of building Pearl Street Park in Sioux City, Iowa, began when University of Iowa School of Urban and Regional Planning students completed a green-space study to help identify Sioux City's needs. A private donation helped make the new park a reality.
