ABC-TV cancels pilot safety story originally slated for Jan. 17

Producers of ABC-TV's "20/20" have decided that the story about NASA-funded University of Iowa pilot research will not air Friday, Jan. 17, on "20/20. However, the story may be scheduled to air at a future date on "ABC World News with Diane Sawyer."

President Mason expresses appreciation for governor's support of tuition freeze

University of Iowa President Sally Mason expresses her appreciation to Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad for his FY 2015 budget recommendations for the UI, particularly the 4 percent increase in general university operating appropriations, which will allow the university to freeze tuition for its students for a second consecutive year.
