A unique University of Iowa law course has created an opportunity for Iowa students to build relationships with their counterparts on the other side of the world.

Caring about people and the planet has earned University of Iowa junior Jeffrey Ding two national recognitions—2015 Truman and Udall Scholarships. Ding, who is pursuing majors in economics, political science, and Chinese, will intern this summer with the U.S. Department of State.
