Lesley Triplett created a unique business venture, Dumpling Darling. The Korean-style dumpling stand, now at multiple locations, started as a booth at the Iowa City Farmers Market. The idea was inspired by her love of travel, which began with a study abroad experience while at the UI.

The UI-led study, one of the largest and most systematic examinations of care for very premature infants, found that hospitals with sophisticated neonatal units varied widely in their approach to 22-week-olds, ranging from a few that offer no active medical treatment to a handful that assertively treat most cases.

University of Iowa graduates to celebrate commencement

About 5,100 University of Iowa students will mark educational milestones as they receive their degrees at spring 2015 commencement ceremonies. Ceremonies begin Thursday, May 14, with the College of Pharmacy commencement and end Friday, June 5, with the College of Dentistry. All other ceremonies will be held May 15-16.
