Iowa women advance in NCAA Tournament

The University of Iowa women's basketball team ran away from The University of Miami in the second half of last night's opening round of the NCAA Tournament to post a 69-53 win. With the win, Iowa advances to play No. 1 seed Notre Dame on Tuesday. The game will be in Carver-Hawkeye Arena and is scheduled for an 8:40 tipoff. Iowa's Samantha Logic led all scorers with 23 points.
