UI students to volunteer in Cuba

University of Iowa students participating in the Dr. Ken Magid Child Advocacy Service Scholarship program will travel to Cuba for the first time this summer as part of the program's annual service trip experience. In 2017, alumni will be able to volunteer as well.

The Belin-Blank Center in the University of Iowa College of Education recognizes Iowa high schools' Advanced Placement course achievements using the Iowa AP Index, which the center developed in 2005. According to the index, George Washington High School in Cedar Rapids is the top AP high school in Iowa.
