At 93 years old, Charles Read has more than his fair share of stories to tell. The retired doctor and researcher from UI Hospitals and Clinics describes his time as a Canadian Navy doctor during World War II and his duties as a part-time rural physician in his new book, This Navy Doctor Came Ashore.
