Today, as a second-year dental student at the University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry, Malachai Zeitner says he’s grateful to be laying the groundwork for a future that is both service oriented and financially stable.

When Grace Moore’s braces came off and she saw the results, she knew she wanted to pursue dentistry. Now, as her graduation nears, Moore says she looks forward to finally putting on her white coat and beginning a career she hopes will take her back to her rural roots.
