Yung-Wei Dennis Lin, PhD, NCC, is a Associate Professor in the Department of Counselor Education. Before joining University of Iowa, Dennis served as a faculty member at the University of Maine for 4 years (2011-2015) and then New Jersey City University for 8 years (2015-2023). Dennis is also an Associate Editor of Journal of Counseling and Development (JCD), the flagship journal of American Counseling Association. His research interests include play therapy, filial therapy, and suicide prevention/intervention training.
