A university search committee has announced the final candidate for the next vice president for research at the University of Iowa.

Craig K. Svensson, dean emeritus and professor of medicinal chemistry and molecular pharmacology at the Purdue University College of Pharmacy in West Lafayette, Indiana, will visit campus on Thursday, Feb. 21.

An open forum will take place from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, in the Iowa Memorial Union, Iowa Theater (room 166).

The campus community is encouraged to provide feedback to the search committee through the committee’s website. The forums will be recorded and posted to the website within 48 hours of each candidate’s visit. A HawkID and password will be required for viewing.
