The voting period for University Staff Council elections will run from 8 a.m. Thursday, April 7, through 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, April 20.

You may visit the Staff Council website at any time during the voting period to cast your vote. Positions open for voting include the following non-bargaining job-function categories:

• Administration; Audit, Compliance, Legal and Risk Management (PA and PN) [2 open]
• Business and Finance (PB) [1 open]
• Healthcare/Behavioral Health (PV and PJ) [5 open]
• Human Resources (PG) [1 open]
• Marketing, Communications & Outreach (PM) [1 open]
• Merit Supervisory Exempt/Confidential (MSEC) [1 open]
• Research/Scientific Services (PR and PH) [1 open]

Only staff in each specific category can vote for nominees in their respective job-function group.

Staff Council will offer four $25 gift certificates from the Iowa City Downtown Association as prizes for those who vote. Winners will be drawn at random.
