The University of Iowa Office of the Provost announced today (Wednesday, Dec. 9) the first candidate for the position of dean of the University of Iowa College of Education.

Christopher C. Morphew, executive associate dean for research and innovation in the UI College of Education, will visit campus Thursday and Friday, Dec. 10 and 11.

Morphew will give a public presentation Thursday, Dec. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. in Jones Commons in the Lindquist Center on the UI campus.

The name of each candidate invited to campus will be announced one day prior to his or her visit.
