Judah Friedlander
30 Rock actor Judah Friedlander puts on his stand-up comedy hat for a performance at the Iowa Memorial Union on March 23.

Judah Friedlander will perform at 10 p.m., Friday, March 23, in the Main Lounge of the Iowa Memorial Union.

Known for his ironic trucker hats, Friedlander plays wise-cracking TGS writer Frank Rossitano on the NBC sitcom, 30 Rock. He’s also been in more than 20 movies and appeared on VH1, MTV, HBO, Comedy Central, and on late-night talk shows. He’s been doing stand-up comedy since 1989.

In his stand-up act, Friedlander is the “world champion.” He’s a great athlete, master of the martial arts, desire of every woman, and a role model to children. In short, he’s better than you at everything.

The performance is part of the University of Iowa Campus Activity Board’s spring Friday Night Comedy Series.

Tickets are available at the Iowa Memorial Union Box Office for $5. Tickets also may be purchased at the door for $7. For more information, visit cab.uiowa.edu or call 319-335-3041.
