Cellist Hannah Holman and pianist Rene Lecuona, faculty members in the University of Iowa School of Music, will present a free faculty recital at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, in the Riverside Recital Hall.

The program will be the Sonata in A major, op. 69, by Beethoven; the Sonata in C major, op 43, no. 2, by Romberg; and the Sonata no. 2 in F major, op 99, by Brahms.

Holman was for many years the cellist of the UI Maia String Quartet, which recently disbanded, and she is now touring with the Minnesota Orchestra. She will leave the UI faculty at the conclusion of the spring semester.
