Two lanes of Madison Street near the Iowa Memorial Union, in the one-block area south of Jefferson Street and north of Iowa Avenue, will be closed from February 17 to March 27. One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open at all times. Bus stops on the corner of Madison Street and Jefferson Street will not be affected. Traffic control will be in place.

The closure is necessary to install new chilled water service to the Iowa Memorial Union.
