UI Parking and Transportation is seeking approval from the Iowa Board of Regents to raise parking permit rates to support maintenance and improvements. Increases would range from $1–$6 per month depending on permit type, and some violation fees also would increase. If approved at the board’s April meeting, the rate changes would start July 1.
