A University of Iowa search committee has announced the third finalist for the next dean of the College of Pharmacy.
Paul O. Gubbins is the associate dean for the University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Pharmacy at Missouri State University and vice chair and professor in the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Administration. Gubbins’ research focus is on the scholarship of teaching and learning in pharmacy and health education among college students.
Gubbins will meet with faculty, staff, students, shared governance, and campus leadership during a campus visit May 6—7. He will participate in an open forum from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 6, in room 210, College of Pharmacy Building. A Zoom option is available at https://uiowa.zoom.us/j/96734219474.
