U.S. News & World Report has ranked seven University of Iowa programs among the best in the country in its new ranking of online programs.

The Iowa programs ranked:

  • Best online Master of Business: No. 18
  • Best online Master of Education: No. 23
  • Best online Master of Business Administration: No. 29
  • Best online Master of Business Administration, business analytics: No. 20
  • Best online Master of Business Administration, general management: No. 13
  • Best online master’s for Veterans: No. 9
  • Best online Master of Business Administration for Veterans: No. 23

The rankings were released Feb. 7.

Programs were ranked based on multiple factors, including engagement, or the extent to which a degree program promotes participation by enabling students to effectively interact with instructors and classmates; services and technologies; faculty credentials and training; and peer evaluations.
