The University of Iowa Main Library will be closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, to 7:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, due to a planned water outage throughout the building related to a nearby ENGIE utility construction project.  

Faculty, staff, and students can use the online delivery service to request books in InfoHawk+ before Friday, Oct. 27, to have them sent to your office, home, or another campus library.  

In addition, the Art Library, Hardin Library for the Health Sciences, Lichtenberger Engineering Library, Marvin A. Pomerantz Business Library, Rita Benton Music Library, and Sciences Library will have open hours on Sunday, Oct. 29. The Hardin Library also will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28.
