The past week was filled with excitement and anticipation as the thousands of students who make up the Class of 2027 arrived on campus.

The university rolled out the red carpet for the newest Hawkeyes, hosting several days of On Iowa! events to help them make new friends and get involved on campus.

The week culminated Sunday, Aug. 20, with the traditional "Block I" photo on the Pentacrest, followed by Convocation, and the President's Block Party.
