A university search committee has announced the first finalist for vice president for student life.

Kenneth G. Brown, Ralph L. Sheets Professor of Management in the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, will participate in an open forum from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, in the Iowa Theatre, room 166, in the Iowa Memorial Union.

The name of each candidate will be announced one day before their open forum. The campus community is encouraged to provide feedback to the search committee through the vice president for student life search website.

A final candidate will be announced this spring.
