Walk It Out, a University of Iowa student organization, presents the fourth annual Walk It Out Multicultural Fashion Show, Saturday, April 13, in the Iowa Memorial Union (IMU) Main Lounge.

The show starts at 8 p.m. with a pre-show event, including appetizers, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the IMU Box Office, $3 in advance and $5 at the door.

Walk It Out was created by three student organizations—Indian Student Alliance, Asian American Coalition, and Black Student Union—to educate about different cultures on campus in a fun and fashionable way.

In addition, Walk It Out is collaborating with the UI Hospitals and Clinic's HIV/AIDS Clinic to promote the awareness of HIV/AIDS. All proceeds from the show will go the clinic to help in educating about this epidemic.

The event will showcase outfits and music from various cultures and regions, including African, East Asian, hip-hop, Latin American, LGBTQ, Middle Eastern, and South Asian. With more than 15 UI student cultural organizations participating, Walk it Out represents a collaborative effort of the entire campus cultural community.
