The University of Iowa Museum of Natural History’s Directors’ Lecture Series will begin its fall lineup with a public talk by Will B. Provine, Andrew H. and James S. Tisch Distinguished University Professor of Ecology and Evolution at Cornell University.
Provine’s lecture, “The Implications of Evolution: How Darwin’s Beliefs Compare with Modern Evolutionists,” will be presented Thursday, Aug. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Capitol Museum Senate Chamber. The lecture is free and open to the public.
