University of Iowa and UI Health Care units will participate in the Johnson County Fair this week, Monday through Thursday, July 23-26. Both booths will be in Building C at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.
Herky the Hawk will make a special appearance at the fairgrounds on Kids’ Day, Tuesday, July 24, between 5 and 7 p.m.
University exhibitors include the College of Dentistry on July 23 and July 26, the UI Museum of Art on July 24, the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science, also on July 24, and the Pentacrest Museums on July 25.
UI Health Care exhibitors include the Carver College of Medicine, Newborn Screening, Iowa River Landing, UI Quick Care, UI Community HomeCare, the Cancer Information Service, Department of Psychiatry, Safety Store, Children’s Miracle Network, Center for Aging, UI Heart and Vascular Center, Dermatology Clinic, Center for Disabilities and Development, and Volunteer Services.
Representatives from the Iowa City/Coralville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau will be on hand in the afternoon and evening on Monday, July 23, to provide information on Fry Fest, A Celebration of All that is Hawkeye, which is scheduled for Sept. 7.
