The Washington Public Library will be holding its next Washington Writers Workshop on Saturday, Feb. 8, beginning at 10 a.m.

Join us for a presentation by poet Amiya Moretta from the Iowa Writers' Workshop. The first hour is devoted to the author presentation and the second hour to writer submissions. If you would like to be on the submission and reminder list, please email leann.kunz@washington.lib.ia.us

Amiya is a poet and multimedia artist. She is a Fulbright scholar and an MFA candidate at the Iowa Writers' Workshop. When she is not writing, you can find her playing with her pups, birdwatching, or gardening.
