Scholars at the University of Iowa and the staff at the UI Press helped University of Houston graduate student Zachary Turpin share his landmark Walt Whitman discovery, a previously unknown 165-year-old novella called “Life and Adventures of Jack Engle,” with the world. UI Press published the book on Feb. 20.
