Hubbard honored in hall of fame

The late Philip G. Hubbard, University of Iowa emeritus vice president and emeritus professor of mechanical engineering, will be honored posthumously Friday, Aug. 3 with an induction into the Iowa African-American Hall of Fame at The Meadows Event Center, Altoona, Iowa.
