A University of Iowa search committee has announced the second finalist for dean of the College of Engineering.

Ann F. McKenna is vice dean of strategic advancement in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University and a professor of engineering in the Polytechnic School, one of eight Fulton Schools. She has served in several administrative roles at ASU, including director of the Polytechnic School and interim vice dean for research and innovation.

McKenna will meet with faculty, staff, students, shared governance, and campus leadership during a campus visit May 4—5. She will participate in an open forum from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, May 5, in S401 Pappajohn Business Building, 21 E.
