In-person stakeholder sessions with Carver College of Medicine and UI Health Care leadership will take place on Wednesday, April 27.

In March, President Barbara Wilson and Executive Vice President and Provost Kevin Kregel named Cynthia Wong, professor and DEO of the Department of Anesthesia, and John Keller, special assistant to the provost; dean emeritus of the Graduate College; and professor in the College of Dentistry, as co-chairs of a committee tasked with selecting the next vice president for medical affairs and dean of the Carver College of Medicine.

Brooks Jackson, vice president for medical affairs and Tyrone D. Artz Dean of the Carver College of Medicine, announced in February that he will return to faculty at Iowa and pursue his research. He will remain in the position until his successor is found.

To submit nominations or to provide feedback if you are unable to attend one of the above sessions, email IowaVPMADean@wittkieffer.com.
