U.S. News & World Report has ranked two University of Iowa programs among the best in its new ranking of online college programs.
The magazine ranked the College of Education’s online graduate education program as 27th best in the country and the College of Nursing’s online graduate nursing program as the 80th best.
The rankings were released by the magazine on Jan. 26. Programs were ranked based on a number of factors, including engagement, or the extent to which a degree program promotes participation by enabling students to effectively interact with instructors and classmates; services and technologies; faculty credentials and training; and peer evaluations.
