For additional security, the Office of the Provost is asking that faculty, staff, and students who wish to participate in an open forum send an email to provost-office@uiowa.edu and indicate the forum in which they would like to participate. Participants will be given a password to access the forums.

In March, Executive Vice President and Provost Montserrat Fuentes named Nadine Petty, executive director of the Center for Diversity and Enrichment, and Russ Ganim, associate provost and dean of International Programs, as co-chairs of a committee tasked with selecting the next associate vice president for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A new associate vice president expected to be named during the spring 2021 semester.
