A university search committee has announced the second finalist for the next University of Iowa College of Law N. William Hines Dean.

Lincoln Davies, associate dean for academic affairs and Hugh B. Brown presidential endowed chair in law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah, will visit campus Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 12 and 13.

The town hall meeting will take place on Monday, Feb. 12, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Levitt Auditorium in the Boyd Law Building and will consist of a brief presentation by the candidate followed by an opportunity for questions from the audience.

The name of each candidate invited to campus will be announced one day prior to his or her visit. The campus community is encouraged to provide feedback to the search committee through the committee’s website.
