Cindy Ann Kilgo, a doctoral candidate in educational policy and leadership studies, was one of six recipients to be given the Diversity Catalyst Award by the UI Chief Diversity Office. 

This award honors the distinctive and innovative work of individuals at the University of Iowa who have gone above and beyond to promote an inclusive and diverse campus community.
