Charles Stanier, University of Iowa associate professor of chemical and biochemical engineering, has been appointed to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Air Quality Task Force.

Stanier—who is member of the UI’s Center for Global and Regional Environmental Research and also an associate research engineer at IIHR–Hydroscience and Engineering—will serve a two-year term on the task force, beginning this year.
